CycloMedia takes 360 degree panorama photographs from the public highway. It is possible that information appears on these photographs that can be traced to natural persons, for example images of faces and vehicle registration plates. Our service focuses on the business market, with the main user being the government, including local authorities and provincial authorities, in order for them to quickly gain an image of the environment. For example, these photographs are used for the urban management, design, valuations, public order and security and for information purposes. In addition to this, the photographs are also used by various housing associations and estate agents for the presentation of properties.
The photographs may only be used within the framework of public duties and business activities and they may not, for example, be used for direct marketing purposes.
