On the Service and Support page, users can find information about our training courses. You will also find a status overview of all current service interuptions. All issues with a downtime of more than 5 minutes are reported here.
3/31/2020: At peak times, our web services may currently underperform. This is particularly the case at the end of the morning. We are aware of this problem and are working hard to find a solution. It is expected that this will take until Monday, April 6. We apologize for the inconvenience.
CycloMedia includes web-based training for our customers and end users as part of their all-inclusive standard purchase. Instructor led, half-day training sessions are readily available for our customers to support easy and successful use of our individual products and solution. Customer trainings are scheduled at your convenience. When a more intensive training is required onsite, CycloMedia will travel to a customer’s location; a daily rate and travel expenses will apply.
