Application process

After we receive your application, the HR department will make an initial selection based on CV. If we see enough similarities between your background and experience, and the stated job requirements of the job, you are personally invited for an interview with the manager of the department. If this first meeting is successful, you will then be invited to a follow-up, after which the choice is made to make you an offer for the corresponding function. Depending on the job we may deviate from this process, for example include an assessment as part of the procedure. Acquisition by recruitment agencies is not appreciated.
