New: ArcGIS Experience Builder

A new ArcGIS Experience Builder is being launched!

ArcGIS Web AppBuilder is retiring and will be replaced by the Experience Builder. As a Cyclomedia customer who uses our data in ArcGIS, we would like to inform you about this change so you can continue to use our data in ArcGIS.

What you need to know:

Up until now, we used the ArcGIS Web AppBuilder for the integration of Cyclomedia’s data in ArcGIS Online or Enterprise. Esri has announced that in August 2024 they will be retiring the developer edition of the ArcGIS Web AppBuilder, the version that includes Cyclomedia’s integration.

The Experience Builder will replace the functionality of the Web AppBuilder. Although it will likely continue to work, Esri’s recommended path is to migrate applications to ArcGIS Experience Builder so you can take advantage of new features in ArcGIS and stay up-to-date with changes in browser technology. Cyclomedia has built a new integration for the Experience Builder to support this transition.

What steps should you take?

The developer edition will retire at the end of this month, coinciding with the retirement of ArcGIS API for JavaScript version 3.x. Please take the following steps before then:

  1. Download: Please visit the ArcGIS marketplace and download the Experience Builder. Click here.
  2. Installation: Please find the Installation Guide here.
    1. Note: ArcGIS Enterprise only supports the Experience Builder for version 11.0 or higher

Thank you for trusting us- we hope you enjoy the new Experience Builder!
