Agile Program Manager

Agile Program Manager is one of the key roles in R&D organization, working as a facilitator, change management expert, strategic coach and a trainer.

A Program Manager works with the development teams, removing potential roadblocks and helping the teams master the newest tools, workflows and processes. Program Manager facilitates the work of the team to systematically and successfully achieve their goals. As a expert in agile techniques and best practices, the program manager holds the values and applies core principles of the Agile Manifesto in day-to-day team work.

As a program manager, you will be working together with key stake holders, product owners and other members of the cross-functional teams, scoping the initiatives, creating requirements, driving feasibility analysis and defining KPIs and reports to facilitate successful execution of the work.

Key accountabilities

  • Responsible for defining and leading key process improvements
  • Establish tools and practices to improve visibility and traceability of development status
  • Guide Product Owners and Team Leads in adopting best practices in product development
  • Conduct training and coaching in agile techniques
  • Create KPI metrics and analysis of the development process and actual achievements
  • Contribute to product refinement sessions and creation of requirements
  • Perform acceptance reviews
  • Conduct system demos and retrospective reviews.

Requirements, skills and experience


  • comparable degree
  • Strong knowledge of and background with Agile concepts
  • Experience in coaching teams in Agile adoption
  • Good practical experience in managing product backlogs in Jira
  • Experience in estimation techniques and statistical analysis
  • Experience in road mapping and planning iterative cycles in product development
  • Strong communication skills
  • Can-do mentality



  • Experience in product development and/or quality assurance
  • Product Owner or Scrum Master certification
  • Experience in one or more relevant product development areas: GIS, photogrammetry, AI, computer vision, cloud computing, positioning.
