Street Smart is our interactive web viewer for all Cyclomedia content: Cycloramas, aerial imagery and point clouds. The user-friendly interface enables fast and easy access to all our data. This includes recent as well as historic data, allowing Cyclomedia and our clients to detect changes and examine developments over the years. Street Smart is also available as an app.
Easy navigation
Street Smart does exactly what you want it to do, in the most intuitive way. Multiple window configurations make it easy to view, analyse and use the data. Among the many other functions, Street Smart also includes overlays and measuring tools.
Street Smart is built using the latest web technology (HTML5) and runs best on desktops.
Smart measuring
Street Smart offers a measure function to measure points, lines and areas in all the available data. Also, useful special tools to measure, for example, height or orthogonal information.
Measuring options are mostly based on the LiDAR point cloud or its derived data but can be carried out, based on the image as well. All measurements can be saved and exported.
Overlays
By presenting spatial information as a data layer in Street Smart, you will be able to quickly gain insights into (new) spatial relationships. This makes the data layers an essential source of information for making inventories, or for inspection work, surveys and spatial analysis. With the right data layers at hand, your workflow will produce better results with less effort.
Overlays can be created on top of the map, cyclorama and if available the oblique content.
Other functions
Street Smart also offers a “playlist” function, where the user can choose to play multiple locations or routes automatically. Street Smart will show the Cyclorama of the requested location.
With the built-in share function it’s possible to share, create a link or make a complete report of the images, with more information.
Street Smart App
With the Street Smart app public space is always within reach, wherever you are. The Street Smart App is now available in both the Play Store (Android) and the App Store (Apple)!
The app gives you access to our Cycloramas, maps, aerial photographs and oblique. Both recent and historical images can be viewed. The app is available in English, French, German and Dutch.
The 2.0 version of the Street Smart app includes powerful, new Snapshot functionality that allows you to take real time pictures with your iOS or Android mobile device. If something has changed recently, just take a new snapshot! These location tagged pictures can be instantly uploaded and viewed in Street Smart by yourself and by all your colleagues.
With the Snapshot functionality to add your own images the app becomes a tool to add user generated content.
