Recently, the American Public Works Association, otherwise known as APWA, held their an annual contest to determine the Top Trending Technologies in Public Works for the upcoming year. APWA’s mission is to ‘Support those who operate, improve, and maintain public works and infrastructure”. All of the winning contenders of the ‘2024 trending technologies’ bracket were chosen because they are either rapidly developing technologies, or they are being used in new and innovative ways. After multiple rounds and over 4.5 thousand votes, the results are in, and one of the ‘top trending technologies’ predicted for 2024 is Artificial Intelligence Condition Assessment Data collection!
